TOKWU develops creative tools for individuals. Audify imports manuscripts, lets users adjust voice and pacing, and exports audio. The precise scope of each service is defined by its published product information.

2. Accounts and conditions of use

This website does not provide registration, sign-in or account management. Any app account requirements and other conditions of use will be stated in the relevant product terms.

3. Acceptable use

Use our services lawfully. Do not infringe other people's rights, create or distribute unlawful content, or interfere with the normal operation of the services.

4. Source material and likeness rights

You are responsible for ensuring that manuscripts, recordings, photographs and footage are lawfully sourced. If they include other people's likenesses, voices or works, you must obtain the necessary permissions. Local production is intended to keep materials private by default; actual processing is subject to the verified privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property and finished work

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your source material and creative output. The finished work is your file, and you choose how to keep and distribute it. This does not remove your responsibility to obtain permission for third-party works, likenesses or voices. Rights in the software and brands remain with their respective owners.

6. Responsibility and limitations

Service availability, backup responsibilities, quality limitations and liability will be defined within the limits of applicable law, without excluding rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
